About the role:

As a Lead Production Associate at Central Moloney, you'll be an essential part of various departments including Production, Shipping/Receiving, Quality, and Maintenance. Your responsibilities will revolve around supporting transformer production while ensuring operations meet production standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Support workflow and production schedules to meet customer demands. Assist in training and onboarding new team members for seamless integration. Provide feedback on employee performance and assist in resolving conflicts. Communicate instructions effectively to ensure compliance with policies. Motivate team members toward improved performance and goal attainment. Offer guidance and support for professional development opportunities. Assist in identifying career advancement paths for team members. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures. Maintain accurate records and reports. Assume additional duties as assigned.

Requirements What you bring:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong teamwork and leadership skills. Analytical mindset for problem-solving. Proficiency in basic math and computer skills. Effective communication and organizational abilities. Ability to adapt to varying work conditions. Goal-oriented with a focus on performance. Dependability and punctuality are essential.

Key Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Physical capability for lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Availability for flexible work hours and overtime. Pass background check, drug & alcohol screening.
