PROJECT SUPPORT WORKER - 10-HOUR DAY SHIFT

($21/HR)

$21/hour (Overtime paid at $31.50/hour for hours over 40)

Full-Time | Contract-to-Permanent 6am to 430pm 4 x 10 hrs Monday to Thursday Work in the Biologics Production facility. making buffers, stocking supplies, operating equipment. This position may be level one to five

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Inspection:

Conduct thorough visual inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet strict quality specifications.

Precision Packaging:

Carefully label and package products according to standardized work orders and specific customer requirements.

GMP Documentation:

Maintain accurate production records and logs in strict accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) .

Clean-Room Operations:

Work within a controlled environment, adhering to all gowning and sanitation protocols to prevent product contamination.

Production Support:

Support high-volume manufacturing lines, ensuring output targets are met without compromising safety or quality.

Safety Compliance:

Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines, utilizing appropriate PPE and safety devices at all times.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. (with picture of transcripts, Diploma or GED Certificate)

Experience:

At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse position or similar position.

Stamina:

Ability to work a 12-hour night shift and stand for the duration of the shift. Attention to

Proven ability to follow written procedures and maintain precise, audit-ready documentation.

Compliance:

Must be comfortable working in a clean-room setting and able to pass a comprehensive background check.
