Full Job Description Summary of Position:
Under the direct supervision of the Hard Armor Supervisor, assists in the tracking, manufacturing, and finishing of Hard Armor.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain operational data such as Manufacturing Order Numbers, Part Numbers, and Ballistic Lot Numbers. Print serialized ballistic labels for plates and shields. Assist in the documentation and tracking of manufacturing orders as they go through the manufacturing process. Assist in the requests and delivery of hardware and other material to Hard Armor teams. Assist in the inspection and cleaning of finished goods for shipment. Maintain up to date training and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Work on the manufacturing floor assisting the Hard Armor team with regular needs to support production flow. Operate a forklift to move material, parts, and equipment. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of manufacturing environment Ability to read and follow procedures Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills. Intermediate computer skills (Software & database entry) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Forklift experience preferred Ability to multi-task and prioritize work flow Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite Must be able to work with little or no supervision and work within a group setting
