What You'll Do Set up and operate hydroforming presses (19", 20", 26", and 32") to form precision sheet metal aerospace components. Prepare, align, and position workpieces while following engineering drawings and work instructions. Apply lubricants and monitor machine settings to ensure consistent production and quality. Perform dimensional and visual inspections using precision measuring tools to verify customer specifications. Complete scheduled preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S standards. Partner with teammates to deliver high-quality parts on schedule. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in hydroforming , sheet metal fabrication , or manufacturing machine operation. Aerospace manufacturing experience is preferred. Ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues using established procedures. Experience using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, height gages, comparators, and related inspection tools. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely operate a forklift.
