5:30am - 2:00pm Monday - Friday Temp to Direct Job Description Perform production activities from raw material processing through final product packaging. Operate manufacturing equipment, complete startup and shutdown procedures, and monitor production processes according to established SOPs. Monitor product quality, identify potential issues, and report any out-of-compliance conditions to the appropriate personnel. Maintain accurate production counts, material records, and required documentation throughout the manufacturing process. Maintain a clean and safe work area while performing basic equipment maintenance such as cleaning, greasing, and minor adjustments. Qualifications Ability to follow safety, quality, security, and standard operating procedures in a manufacturing environment. Basic understanding of mechanical equipment, industrial safety practices, lockout/tagout, and hazard communication requirements. Ability to read and understand SOPs, equipment instructions, safety signage, and operator manuals. Basic math skills for production calculations, measurements, and required documentation. Ability to perform repetitive physical work, stand for extended periods, work in varying plant conditions, and safely lift up to 70 lbs.
