Summary We are seeking a licensed, motivated, and dependable Showing Partner / Production Assistant to support our extremely busy real estate agents during peak season. What You'll Do:

Assist with buyer showings (including evenings & weekends) Host and support open houses Meet inspectors, vendors, and assist with property-related appointments Help gather repair quotes and property information Provide general support to our agents to ensure smooth transactions

What We're Looking For:

Active real estate license (required) High availability, especially on weekends Professional, poised, and personable Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Coachable and team-oriented mindset Reliable transportation Interest in growing a long-term career in real estate Light marketing or social media experience is a plus
