Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking experienced Ironworkers/Welders to support structural steel erection and installation on an active construction project. Candidates will be responsible for safely and efficiently installing structural steel components, performing welding and bolt-up work, and assisting with various ironwork activities. Responsibilities Erect and install structural steel, including beams, columns, and decking. Install and assemble stairs, screenwalls, and other structural components. Perform structural welding using appropriate welding processes and equipment. Complete bolt-up and connection work according to project specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and layout plans. Rig, position, align, and secure structural steel components. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and rigging equipment safely. Perform work at heights while following all required fall-protection and job-site safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow project specifications, safety requirements, and direction from supervisors. Qualifications Previous experience as an Ironworker/Welder in structural steel erection. Experience with structural steel erection, welding, and bolt-up. Ability to read and understand construction drawings and blueprints. Comfortable working at heights and in an outdoor construction environment. Ability to safely lift, position, and maneuver heavy materials. OSHA and site-specific safety training preferred. Welding certifications are a plus. $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
