2nd Shift, Monday through Thursday, 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM Position Overview We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform manual assembly operations while maintaining quality standards, safety requirements, and production goals. The ideal candidate is a team player who can follow instructions accurately and contribute to a positive work environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform manual assembly processes according to established procedures and work instructions. Identify equipment malfunctions, procedural deviations, and defective components. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues during the assembly process. Maintain compliance with all company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines. Accurately follow oral instructions, written procedures, and production documentation. Support company goals, values, and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
