OBJECTIVE

The Site Manager has overall responsibility to ensure that all leads, and cleaning technicians are properly trained on and follow client's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with further responsibility to ensure that all cleaning, and documentation expectations are met in accordance with company policy and contract specifications. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the cleaning Scope of Work (SOW) at a state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing facility. In this critical role, you will manage daily cleanroom custodial and specialized particulate cleaning operations, ensure strict adherence to contamination control protocols, and lead a high-performing team of technicians. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily cleanroom and support area cleaning operations in compliance with strict semiconductor SOW requirements. Enforce rigorous contamination control, gowning protocols, and strict protocol adherence to maintain ISO cleanroom standards. Conduct regular quality audits, safety inspections, and performance evaluations for all on-site cleaning personnel. Serve as the primary point of contact for facility management, addressing client feedback and operational adjustments promptly. Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and on-site safety training for new and existing cleaning technicians. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in cleanroom environments, preferably within semiconductor, microelectronics, or high-tech manufacturing. In-depth knowledge of specialized cleaning chemicals, equipment, and particle control protocols (e.g., ESD safety, ultrapure water applications). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-security environment. Comprehensive understanding of safety compliance, including OSHA regulations and facility-specific hazard communication. Flexibility to coordinate shift coverage and respond to critical on-site operational needs.
