Responsibilities Follow detailed work instructions and established processes to assemble and test medical device components accurately. Comply with quality system policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at every step of production. Identify and report quality, process, equipment, or material issues to your Project Engineer or Supervisor. Train and support coworkers on job functions as needed to maintain team proficiency. Maintain a clean, organized, cleanroom-compliant work area to support manufacturing operations. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and perform small, detail-oriented assembly and test work using a microscope. Ability to follow written procedures, apply basic measuring techniques (scales, rulers, U.S. and metric), and meet physical demands including extended sitting/standing and moderate lifting.
