Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Production Helper to join our team. In this role, you will support the production process by assisting in the production process by supporting production teams, maintaining work areas, handling materials, and general production assistance. This role helps keep operations running efficiently and safely. Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Perform general labor tasks including lifting, packing, and sorting 2. Assist in the assembly, painting, and building of structures, counters, and flooring 3. Communicates with employees & management to ensure work is completed in a timely manner 4. Knowledge of hand tool use in safe manner - Router, sander, jig saw, etc. 5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area 6. Follow company safety procedures and wear required protective equipment 7.Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or production issues to supervisors 8. Will move between CNC and Laminating department depending on company needs 9. Assist CNC operators in setting up CNC machines, load and unload materials and clean parts 10. Performs other duties as assigned

Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
