Job Description
We are looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Embroidery & 3D Printing Production Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience with commercial embroidery machines, preferably the Smartstitch S-1001, and Hatch Embroidery software . Experience with embroidery digitizing is highly preferred. Responsibilities Operate and maintain a Smartstitch S-1001 embroidery machine Use Hatch Embroidery software to prepare, edit, resize, and adjust embroidery designs Perform basic embroidery digitizing and design cleanup Properly hoop and position apparel, hats, bags, patches, and other products Select appropriate thread, needles, stabilizers, and embroidery settings Troubleshoot thread breaks, tension, registration, placement, and other embroidery issues Produce clean, professional-quality finished products Operate and monitor 3D printers Prepare and slice 3D-printing files Troubleshoot basic printing issues Complete custom orders accurately and on schedule Perform quality-control checks Package and organize completed orders Maintain an organized production area and inventory of supplies Assist with developing and testing new products Qualifications Experience with commercial or multi-needle embroidery machines Smartstitch S-1001 experience strongly preferred Hatch Embroidery software experience strongly preferred Embroidery digitizing experience is a major plus 3D printing experience is preferred but not required Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new software Excellent attention to detail Dependable, organized, and able to work independently Creative problem-solving skills We are willing to train on 3D printing for the right candidate with strong embroidery and Hatch experience.
