Approximately 20-25 hours per week About the Role Nedd & Joi is a growing labels and stickers business looking for a dependable, tech-savvy person to help prepare artwork and produce custom stickers and labels. This hands-on role combines Adobe Illustrator work with printing and production. You'll edit customer artwork, learn to operate printing and finishing equipment, and help turn designs into finished products. Basic Adobe Illustrator skills are required. Training on our printers and production process will be provided. Responsibilities Make artwork edits in Adobe Illustrator, including resizing designs, changing text, and adjusting layouts. Prepare files for printing, including adding bleed and cut lines, with training provided. Prepare customer proofs and organize approved artwork. Operate digital printers, cutters, and laminating equipment after training. Inspect stickers and labels for print quality and cutting accuracy. Help finish, count, package, and prepare orders for shipping. Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance following established procedures. Help troubleshoot basic software and printer issues with guidance. Keep materials, files, and the production area organized. Qualifications Basic working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator. Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software and equipment. Attention to detail and the ability to follow job instructions. Dependability, good communication, and strong organizational skills. Willingness to help with both computer work and hands-on production. Interest in learning printer operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Experience with Photoshop, digital printing, Roland printers, or VersaWorks is helpful but not required.
