$40 - $50 per hour Job Details - We are seeking an Aerospace Process Technician to support manufacturing and processing operations for precision aerospace components and fasteners. This role is responsible for performing various production processes, maintaining quality standards, operating processing equipment, and ensuring compliance with customer and industry requirements. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Hours:
1st shift and 2nd shift available 1st Shift (4AM-230PM) 2nd Shift (230PM-1AM) will work 2 Saturdays per month
Days:
Monday-Friday Aerospace Process Technician Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor processing equipment used in the production of precision components. Perform tasks such as cleaning, deburring, abrasive blasting, finishing, and material handling. Set up and adjust equipment in accordance with work instructions and process specifications. Review travelers, routers, work orders, and other production documentation. Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks to ensure all parts meet specifications. Maintain accurate production, inspection, and certification records. Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous manufacturing, aerospace, metal finishing, machining, or production experience preferred. Ability to read and follow written work instructions and technical documentation. Experience working with precision parts and quality standards. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability. Aerospace manufacturing or aerospace fastener experience. Experience with deburring, blasting, cleaning, finishing, or processing operations. Knowledge of quality systems and inspection procedures. Familiarity with production documentation and traceability requirements.
