Position reports directly to an Injection Molding Setup Technician in the production department. Daily Responsibilities & Tasks Separate and assemble parts from injection molding machines and trim gate as needed Keeps track of scraps using an internal management log Inspects product to ensure clean and undamaged results while maintaining a safe working environment Monitors production of injection molding machine; notifying management immediately of any issues that may arise Supports the company's high-quality standards and policies by producing the highest quality goods and services Accept ownership of new and different requests and identifies areas of improvement to increase efficiency and streamline job responsibilities Works quickly and efficiently to meet customer expectations and distribution requirements Skills & Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent required Prior work experience in manufacturing production is preferred but not required Hand dexterity is a must as position requires repeated reaching, twisting and assembling throughout entire shift Attention to detail and safety awareness is a must Position requires on-going lifting and moving of materials Must be able to lift 25-56 lbs. throughout each shift.
