In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by ensuring that food products are produced efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of food safety protocols, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures. Responsibilities Operate production equipment in accordance with safety standards and operational procedures Assist in the preparation and packaging of food products, ensuring compliance with quality standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols Monitor production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to specifications Document production activities accurately using SAP or other manufacturing management systems Support inventory management by tracking raw materials and finished goods Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Follow all FDA regulations, food safety policies, and legal compliance standards during operations Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality Requirements Prior experience in food processing or manufacturing plant environments is highly desirable Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety management systems Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software Understanding of quality assurance standards within the food and beverage industry Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and record keeping Strong communication skills for managing production teams and coordinating tasks Commitment to maintaining safety standards and sanitation practices at all times Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Candidates with experience in food industry manufacturing management, food processing plant operations, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
