This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity offering steady work, weekly pay, and the potential to grow into a long-term role. This position is ideal for individuals with prior manufacturing or production experience who bring a strong work ethic, careful attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

What You'll Be Doing:

Perform a variety of hands-on tasks in a manufacturing or shop environment Must be able to read and interpret blueprints accurately Must be able to pass a math conversion test (including basic measurement and unit conversions) Follow verbal and written instructions accurately and efficiently Use basic hand and power tools as needed Assist with assembly, fabrication, or material handling depending on department needs Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies Communicate clearly with team leads and supervisors to ensure quality and workflow

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision Strong listening and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment Ability to lift, stand, walk, or bend throughout the shift Willingness to learn and contribute to team success
