Competitive hourly rate based on experience EnglishAbout the Position SET Acronym LLC is seeking an experienced Temporary On-Site Millworker to assist our Master Millworker on a high-end residential project in Carmel, California. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, finish carpentry, or luxury residential construction. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and maintains a professional attitude on active job sites. Spanish-speaking applicants are strongly preferred. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of high-end custom cabinetry and architectural millwork. Install wall paneling, trim, shelving, doors, and custom wood components. Measure, scribe, fit, level, and secure millwork to exact specifications. Help unload, stage, and protect finished materials. Operate hand tools and power tools safely. Perform touch-ups, adjustments, sanding, and punch-list work. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Follow direction from the Master Millworker while working independently when needed. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in millwork, cabinetry, finish carpentry, or related trades. Ability to read tape measures and construction/shop drawings. Experience with high-end residential or commercial millwork preferred. Reliable transportation to Carmel, CA. Ability to lift 75 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day. Professional attitude, attention to detail, and strong work ethic. Spanish language skills are a major plus. Requisitos Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en carpintería, ebanistería, gabinetes o millwork. Capacidad para leer cinta métrica y planos de construcción. Experiencia en proyectos residenciales o comerciales de alta gama es una ventaja. Transporte confiable para llegar al proyecto en Carmel. Capacidad para levantar hasta 75 libras.
