In this role, you'll be responsible for the physical bulk production of our liquid products — batching, mixing, and compounding raw ingredients into finished bulk liquid per formulation, and ensuring it meets quality and safety standards before it's handed off downstream. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with their hands, thrives in a fast-paced production environment, and takes pride in producing a consistent, high-quality batch. Key Responsibilities Perform bulk batching, mixing, and compounding of liquid formulations according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records Accurately weigh, measure, and combine raw materials and ingredients per formulation specs Operate and monitor mixing tanks, blenders, and related batching equipment Complete and maintain accurate batch production records and documentation Perform in-process quality checks (viscosity, pH, appearance, etc.) and escalate deviations Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety protocols, and sanitation procedures Clean and sanitize mixing tanks, equipment, and production areas between batches Assist with material handling, including moving drums, totes, and pallets of raw ingredients (may require lifting up to 50 lbs) Support inventory tracking of raw materials and bulk finished product Collaborate with quality and supervisory staff to meet production schedules Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar physical/hands-on role (food, beverage, supplement, pharmaceutical, or CPG industry preferred) Comfortable operating production/mixing equipment; forklift certification a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures accurately Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Basic math skills (measurements, unit conversions) for batching Experience with GMP or regulated manufacturing environments a plus What We Offer Health/dental/vision benefits PTO / paid holidays Opportunity for growth within a fast-growing nutraceutical manufacturing company Our benefits include: Opportunities for career advancement within a pioneering company Supportive team environment focused on innovation and collaboration Resources dedicated to your physical and mental health needs About Us Virun is committed to transforming the future of nutrition through groundbreaking technologies.
