Commerce, CA Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the production process by assisting with assembly, fabrication, and various tasks within the warehouse and assembly line. This position requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork. Duties Maintain accurate pre-production documentation and records. Assist in managing fabrication and group sheets Assist in fabric drop-ship follow up Communicate with overseas vendors about production timelines and issues. Provide administrative support to the design and production teams. Assist with publishing and distributing Purchase Orders. Assist with general office organization and tracking tasks. Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of experience in apparel production, fashion design, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is required. Team player with a positive attitude is a must. A degree in fashion, textiles, or a related field is a plus but not always required.
