Primary Color is seeking a skilled Large Format Finishing and Sewing Specialist, where your attention to detail and craftsmanship will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality products. As a specialist in large format finishing and sewing, you will be responsible for the final stages of production, ensuring precision and excellence in every project.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain large format finishing equipment such as welders, sewing machine, ect. Execute precise cutting and trimming of large-format graphics/fabrics, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications. Handle welding/sewing tasks, including hemming, seaming, and finishing edges for fabric and vinyl products. Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless workflow and efficient project completion. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, making necessary adjustments and corrections. Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety and efficiency standards. Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance for repairs. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in large format finishing and sewing techniques.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in large format finishing, banner welding and sewing, preferably in a printing or signage industry. Proficiency in operating and maintaining relevant equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products. Ability to interpret and follow production specifications. Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team environment. Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize processes. Physical ability to lift and handle large materials and stand for extended periods. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
