In this role, you'll support the production, batching, and packaging of food products while helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, or food processing experience preferred

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Strong attention to detail and communication skills Job Duties Support food production, batching, and packaging operations

Operate and monitor production equipment

Set up workstations, tools, and machinery for daily production

Assist with equipment cleaning, sanitation, and changeovers

Verify ingredients and products meet quality standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Follow food safety, GMP, and company policies

Report safety concerns and support process improvements Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.

Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.

Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Process Technician. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
