Ultimate Exposures is seeking a Production Support Specialist to prepare accurate data, documents, and materials for school and event Picture Days. This is a hands-on support position focused on Excel, spreadsheet cleanup, data processing, quality checks, and production preparation - not advanced analytics or programming. You may be a strong fit if your background includes administrative support, data entry or data processing, production support, records coordination, office administration, or project support. You will manage several events at once, follow established processes, investigate information that does not look right, and help ensure every job is ready before Picture Day. What You Will Do Data Processing and Accuracy Receive, review, and clean participant rosters and client spreadsheets. Standardize spreadsheet formatting and identify missing, duplicate, inconsistent, or incomplete information. Prepare data for import into internal production systems and verify that it matches contracted products and services. Create Event Registration QR codes, rosters, and related production documents. Perform quality checks across spreadsheets and production systems before information is released to the Production team. Picture Day Production Support Review client contracts and transfer key event details into production systems and project documentation. Prepare and organize printed materials, marketing pieces, posters, and other Picture Day materials. Send Picture Day reminders and other approved pre-event communications. Track missing information and work with internal team members to resolve outstanding items before deadlines. Maintain accurate event status, production records, and workflow documentation while supporting multiple events at the same time. Post-Event Reporting Support Monitor events during the first week of retail availability and flag purchasing or registration activity that appears unusual. Maintain reports showing Event Registration participation and event performance. Help organize information that supports process improvements and better future Picture Days. What Success Looks Like Data is clean, accurate, and ready for use before production deadlines. Missing or questionable information is identified early and followed through to resolution. Production teams receive complete, organized materials and clear event information. Multiple projects remain on schedule without sacrificing accuracy. Required Qualifications Strong attention to detail and the ability to recognize when information is incomplete or inconsistent. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, formatting, basic formulas, and reviewing data for errors. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Clear written communication and professional follow-through. Comfortable learning and working in several software systems. Sound judgment, curiosity, and a proactive approach to solving problems. Preferred Experience Previous experience in one or more of the following areas is helpful, but not required: Administrative support or office administration Data entry, data processing, records support, or spreadsheet-based work Production support, operations support, scheduling, or logistics support Project support or customer service administration Microsoft Office, Canva, or project management software such as Wrike Why You Will Love This Role Your work happens behind the scenes, but it has a direct impact on every Picture Day we produce.
