As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:

Weekend 12 hour shifts What's the Job? Perform plating, racking, inspection, packaging, and related production activities as assigned. Load and unload parts onto racks, fixtures, or production equipment. Operate plating and finishing equipment according to established procedures. Inspect parts for quality, defects, and compliance with customer specifications. Package completed products for shipment while ensuring proper labeling and documentation. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, plating, inspection, or packaging experience is preferred but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math and measurement skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. What's in it for me?
