Friday Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Operate production and packaging machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Set up equipment, perform changeovers, and adjust machine settings to meet product specifications. Monitor equipment performance to ensure consistent quality and efficiency. Conduct routine inspections to identify mechanical issues, reporting concerns to maintenance as needed. Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety standards, and sanitation requirements. Accurately complete production documentation, including batch records and downtime logs. Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and preventive maintenance of equipment.

Requirements:

Previous expeirence in the food manufacturing industry required Candidate should be willing to commute to Fairfield for training Clear written and verbal communication skills Background check and drug screen prior to start date.
