Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our production, ensuring products are to the highest quality standards and delivered on time. Duties Evaluate garment fit, drape, and construction; communicate corrections Measure garments against tech packs; ensure sizing accuracy Maintain fit notes, logs, and WIP reports Communicate with overseas vendors; issue approvals and corrections Manage sample flow (PP, TOP, shoot samples) and coordinate with marketing Collaborate with design, sales, and production teams to meet timelines Issue POs and review production swatches Prepare specs, sewing instructions, labels, trims, and packing details Manage vendor communication (costing, lead times, QC issues) Coordinate shipping, labeling, and on-time delivery Create packing lists for trims per PO Requirements 3+ years (company production experience required) Do not apply if you dont have relevant experience.
Pay:
$24.11 - $29.04 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
