Production Associate Pay:
$23.00 per hour
Location:
Livermore, CA Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM or 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with overtime as needed. Job Summary The Production Associate is responsible for operating, monitoring, cleaning, and setting up production and packaging equipment to ensure efficient and accurate production while maintaining quality and safety standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance and throughput. Provide guidance and support to line personnel regarding proper equipment operation. Disassemble and reassemble filling and packaging equipment as needed. Set lot/batch numbers and expiration dates according to customer orders. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition. Perform equipment cleaning by following standard operating procedures (SOPs) within established timeframes. Prepare and inspect equipment and backup equipment, including nozzles, pistons, transfer pumps, and related components, prior to use. Work closely with the Set-Up Supervisor to ensure proper equipment preparation and operation. Ensure all components have been inspected and approved by Supervisors and Quality Assurance personnel before equipment setup. Assist with physical inventory counts as needed. Maintain compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Additional Requirements Must be flexible with work schedules and able to work overtime based on business needs, with or without advance notice. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Complete production documentation and paperwork accurately. Ability to lift and move materials and equipment weighing 25 to 50 pounds. Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. Resume demonstrating related work experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Why should you choose Manpower?
