Print Production Specialist

About Us Lumient is a private label candle manufacturer and print-on-demand production company based in Chatsworth, CA. We handle a wide range of custom decoration, from garments and apparel to candles, drinkware, and specialty items. We operate professional-grade digital printing equipment and fulfill orders at scale. What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain digital printing equipment (large format, DTG, Inkjet, Digital Press, heat press, sublimation, etc.)
• Prepare print-ready files, color correction, layout, RIP software, preflight checks
• Manage production queues and prioritize jobs to meet daily shipping deadlines
• Perform quality control on finished products before fulfillment
• Troubleshoot printer issues, jams, color calibration, material compatibility
• Handle substrate loading, material cutting, and post-production finishing
• Track inventory of blank goods, inks, and consumables
• Maintain a clean, organized production floor What We're Looking For
• Strong computer skills — comfortable with design software (Adobe Suite), file management, and production dashboards
• Hands-on printing experience — you've operated commercial printers, not just hit "print"
• Previous work at a print shop, sign shop, or decoration company is a huge plus
• Familiarity with print-on-demand workflows, e-commerce fulfillment, or custom product decoration
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and keep production moving
• Detail-oriented — you catch color shifts, alignment issues, and defects before they ship Nice to Have
• Experience with RIP software (VersaWorks, Flexi, AccuRIP, etc.)
• Knowledge of garment decoration methods (DTG, sublimation, vinyl)
• Experience with candle/drinkware/specialty item customization
• Familiarity with shipping and order management systems
