OnsiteAbout the Role Position function: Reporting to the Production Manager. The individual will be responsible to complete all assigned tasks requested as part of the Caldic production teams.
Scope:
The position will be responsible for reviewing inventory levels and customer orders to provide support for production on a day to day basis. The individual will support the business through production planning, scheduling, printing and verifying required documents for the teams to ensure that production is completed as required. The individual will work closely with the production manager and liquid blend team members, scheduler quality, and shipping & receiving department to ensure order requirements are met as set out by Caldic U.SKey Responsibilities To become familiar with all manufacturing procedures and the creation of dry blended products that relate to inventory allocation, sales and work order processing, and accompanying documentation procedures. Review and monitor inventory to ensure anticipated delivery dates are met. Responsible to support blends team members as required. Support to print all liquid blend work orders as required Provide sanitation requirements for blend areas on a daily basis as a result of the production schedule Locate and utilize "rework" inventory with the assistance of the Quality department in order to manage products effectively Ongoing troubleshooting during blend production and the process of picking Knowledge / Skills & Experiences Minimum completion of high school education Nice to have Food industry related working experience Manufacturing experience considered an asset Must have strong computer skills Must be able to multitask Forklift certification considered an asset About Caldic At Caldic, we're a global leader in distribution solutions, serving diverse markets across the world.
