Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in metal finishing and industrial coatings, is seeking a Industrial Masker to join their team. As a Industrial Masker, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing and finishing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

$19 per hour (DOE)
Shift:
1st Shift, 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts available What's the Job? Apply masking tape, plugs, caps, and protective materials to parts prior to painting or powder coating. Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, drawings, and process specifications. Inspect parts to identify areas requiring masking and ensure masking accuracy. Remove masking materials after coating operations when required. Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet customer specifications and standards. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous masking, powder coating, painting, manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred. Ability to use hand tools and measuring devices accurately. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks safely.
