In this role, you will be responsible for transforming design concepts into high-quality visual branded environments by expertly installing signs, wraps, and custom graphics. Your hands-on skills will ensure each project meets our standards for durability, appearance, and safety. Responsibilities Install a variety of signage & graphics including simple letters, dimensional signs, and digital displays with accuracy and attention to detail Apply wraps and graphics Operate hand tools, power tools Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols Prep print-ready files — bleed, scale, resolution at viewing distance, color, cut paths Preflight incoming client art and flag what's wrong before it goes to print RIP and output on an HP Latex 360 through Onyx — nesting, tiling, media profiles, calibration

Finishing:

laminating, trimming, weeding cut vinyl, grommets, hemming Place and track orders with trade vendors and fabricators; chase promised dates Pick up and deliver materials and finished work in the company van Keep the shop's job board current so nothing ships late Qualification You've run a wide-format printer and a RIP. Onyx preferred; Caldera, Flexi, VersaWorks or SAi is fine — you'll pick up Onyx fast You can build and fix print-ready files in Illustrator and Photoshop You can look at a client's file and tell us what's wrong with it Valid California driver's license and a clean enough record to be insured on a company vehicle Ability to lift heavy materials safely (50 lbs on your own, and handle full 60" × 150' media rolls and 4×8 sheet goods with a cart or a second person) and work comfortably on ladders or scaffolding during installations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members Helps, doesn't disqualify Spanish Graphic design Schedule and pay Monday-Friday, 10:00am-4:00pm Minimum 20 hours a week guaranteed , typically 25-30 depending on production $20-25/hour , depending on experience Company van for all pickups and deliveries Join us in creating impactful visual solutions that elevate brands and transform environments!
