Operations Conversion / Bags Lead Support - 1st Shift 1st Shift | 4: 00 AM - 2: 30 PM $33.00/hour + Benefits We are seeking a skilled Operations Conversion / Bags Lead Support professional to join our production team. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone with strong conversion machine experience, mechanical troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and production efficiency. Key Responsibilities Operate and support conversion machinery to maximize production output. Assist with production scheduling, order tracking, and delivery timelines. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance. Ensure quality standards, GMP, and SQF requirements are met. Verify materials and inventory availability before production runs. Complete production and quality documentation accurately. Support daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications 5+ years of conversion machinery operating experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Experience with equipment repair and preventative maintenance. Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of GMP, SQF, and safety standards preferred. Why Join Us?
