Key Responsibilities:

Prepare food in front of customers, ensuring a memorable and engaging dining experience. Chop, prep, and follow recipes accurately to maintain consistency and quality in every dish. Put away merchandise and maintain an organized kitchen environment. Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment, adhering to country health department guidelines and safety policies. Collaborate effectively with all departments within the restaurant to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Perform duties in both hot and cold areas of the kitchen, demonstrating adaptability and resilience. Stand for long periods of time, showcasing endurance and commitment to the role. Follow safety policies diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and customers. Execute other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success. Push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs as required, showcasing physical capability and strength. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, enhancing teamwork and customer interactions. Available for flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, mornings, and afternoons. We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused individual who is committed to providing excellent service and contributing to a positive dining experience. No prior experience is required; however, one year of experience in customer service, cashiering, or a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is also preferred. The ideal candidate should possess basic math skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
