Job Summary The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards. Job Responsibilities Cleaning and oiling steel forms Assembling and disassembling forms Detailing unfinished concrete prior to customer delivery Prepare products to be stripped Other duties may be assigned as needed Job Requirements Ability to communicate effectively with team members Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment Good attendance and positive attitude a must Must have reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
