We're a small but growing startup that designs hands-on workshops and creative activations for corporate events, conferences, hotels, festivals, schools, and community celebrations. No two days are ever the same—and that's exactly how we like it. We're looking for an organized, hands-on Event Production & Operations Assistant to help bring our experiences to life. From preparing workshop kits and managing inventory to setting up large-scale events and leading creative workshops, you'll play an important role in delivering memorable experiences for our clients and guests. If you enjoy building things, solving problems, working with your hands, and being part of a team that's building something exciting, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Prepare workshop kits, event materials, inventory, and production supplies. Assist with event logistics, including transportation, setup, execution, and breakdown. Lead and facilitate creative workshops and activations for guests. Maintain inventory, equipment, and an organized production workspace. Coordinate purchasing, vendor orders, and production timelines. Support event planning and day-to-day operational needs. Assist with client communication, proposals, and follow-up. Maintain CRM records and help research prospective clients and partnership opportunities. Test and help develop new workshop concepts and creative experiences. Deliver exceptional guest experiences while representing the Letz Make Experiences brand. Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed. Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Enjoys working with their hands and solving problems. Comfortable lifting event materials and assisting with setup and breakdown. Reliable transportation to travel to Bay Area event venues. Experience in event production, hospitality, customer service, education, or creative programming is preferred. Familiarity with Google Workspace; experience with HoneyBook, Notion, Canva, or CRM software is a plus. Why Join Letz Make Experiences?
