We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to assist the Joint Rolling Team with day-to-day operations. This person is responsible for completing all prep work for the Joint Team and assisting with rolling in their downtime. Responsibilities include:

Noodle Prep for both 1.0g Joints & Persy Doinks (Infused joints) Prepping rosin for Persy Doinks Material preparation for the team (Grinding of material) Sanitization of tools, workstations, and joint production areas Packaging and stickering Joints, Persy Doinks, and Flower jars as needed. Grabbing packaging materials from shipping containers outside Cutting down of joint papers to our specific measurements Hand-rolling joints when there is downtime with prep Working collectively with other team members Any other task as assigned by the

Production Manager or Supervisor Qualifications:

1-year experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is highly desired. Experience and background in the cannabis industry is a plus. For extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking through the workday. Must be able to exert well-paced mobility and perform repetitive tasks for up to 8 hours in length. Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and accuracy. Excellent communication skills and leadership both verbally and through written media. Detail-orientated with an eye on process improvement and optimization. Must be able to handle constructive criticism and guidance and offer the same to others in the department. Must be able to work a weekly schedule Monday - Friday 6AM - 2:30PM. Compensation +
