As our Production & Manufacturing Engineer, you will work hands-on with proprietary machines and processes that set our operation apart. You will have the opportunity to master unique technology, solve meaningful problems on the factory floor, and turn what works into repeatable standards across multiple sites. This is a highly visible role for someone who wants to combine engineering judgment, operational leadership, and practical action. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English will help you connect our teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners. Responsibilities Take ownership of daily production at assigned facilities, helping teams deliver safely, on schedule, and to the high quality standards behind our market position. Become a hands-on expert in our proprietary production machinery and processes; operate, monitor, optimize, and help maintain equipment while building capability across the team. Bring people, materials, tooling, and equipment together into a reliable production plan that meets ambitious output and delivery goals. Travel between production sites to launch and strengthen operations, support equipment installations, share best practices, train teams, and solve high-priority challenges. Turn equipment and process challenges into lasting improvements by identifying root causes and implementing practical solutions that reduce downtime. Translate specialized know-how into clear operating procedures, work instructions, production records, and preventive maintenance practices that can scale. Use throughput, downtime, scrap, and quality data to uncover opportunities and lead continuous improvement efforts with visible operational impact. Connect production, maintenance, quality, purchasing, logistics, and engineering teams, including Mandarin-speaking suppliers and manufacturing partners, to move priorities forward. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, plant operations, or a related engineering role preferred; strong entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both spoken and written. Hands-on experience with production machinery, equipment setup, troubleshooting, maintenance, or manufacturing processes. Strong understanding of workplace safety, quality control, production flow, and standard operating procedures. Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability and willingness to travel regularly between production sites and work flexibly when operational needs require it. Preferred Qualifications Experience supervising production activities, coordinating operators, or supporting multiple manufacturing sites. Knowledge of machining, fabrication, assembly, automation, material handling, or related production processes. Experience with lean manufacturing, root-cause analysis, preventive maintenance, or continuous improvement methods. Familiarity with ERP or production tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and basic CAD drawing review. $50,000.00•$90,000.00 per year
