Job Description

Job Summary:
The Front of House Production Assistant plays a key role in ensuring seamless execution of catered events by supporting setup, presentation, client interaction, and on-site service operations. This position bridges the gap between kitchen production and guest-facing service, helping deliver a polished, professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Preproduction planning, equipment sourcing, Decor, and packing event equipment. Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, décor, buffet stations, and service areas according to event plans Support the plating, garnishing, and presentation of food to meet company standards Coordinate with kitchen and back-of-house teams to ensure timely and accurate service Help manage food stations, replenish items, and maintain clean, organized presentation throughout events Provide professional, courteous interaction with clients and guests Assist with beverage service, passing hors d'oeuvres, or light serving duties as needed Monitor event flow and proactively address guest or service needs Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house areas, including clearing tables and disposing of waste appropriately Assist with breakdown and post-event cleanup, including packing equipment and supplies Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards during service Inventory management
Qualifications:
Previous experience in catering, events, hospitality, or restaurant front-of-house roles preferred Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure event environments Excellent attention to detail, especially in presentation and cleanliness Strong communication and teamwork skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30-40 lbs Drivers License, Comfortable Driving a van.
Schedule & Work Environment:
Event-based scheduling; must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays Work takes place at various event venues (indoor and outdoor) Fast-paced, team-oriented environment with direct guest interaction Key Traits for
