This talented individual will establish and grow our production butchery team to match Cream Co.'s drive and projected scale. This role requires a skilled individual, adept at: quickly preparing grind blocks with the proper raw materials for the desired taste, texture and fat content large scale meat preparation This role will require skill, teamwork, and attention to detail to execute on the specifications and volumes for our highly cultivated and Michelin-rated customer base. About You The ideal candidate would: have experience in a USDA production environment be skilled at working with other team members on several different butchery projects throughout the day be motivated and passionate about developing and perfecting both production and artisan cut specifications for Cream Co. be highly proficient with a knife, able to cut both beautiful steaks from our highly sought-after animals, as well as preparing larger subprimals for grinding or further processing be confident under pressure, inquisitive, but also spirited in their drive for perfecting the standards that are known as top-quality throughout the marketplace preferably speak fluent
