Job Description

Job Summary Pundir Group, Inc. (PGI) is a growing operations and maintenance (O&M) and building services firm located in San Francisco and Sacramento, CA. We have project sites and staff at various locations across the state supporting government and private sector clients. We are currently looking for a full-time Production Control Clerk to support a federal building in Oakland, CA. This position will be based on-site in Oakland, CA. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and hardworking team member. This role will be a customer service interface to the client and integral to the overall responsiveness of PGI to client. This role will act as a central point of contact for clients and the building occupants, to include receiving and tracking client service requests and managing access to the Property Management staff and offices, performing face-to-face greeting of Field Office/Service Center visitors, receiving incoming telephone calls and either forwarding the calls to the appropriate staff or dictating messages as appropriate. Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the onsite O&M teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to GSA/building tenants.
  • Receive and respond to service requests, acknowledge receipt, and close out after the Project Manager's or Chief Engineer's final review of service tasks.
  • Maintain documentation and compliance reporting records.
This includes but is not limited to entering and/or maintaining preventive maintenance work orders, service work orders, compliance inspections, completed operating logs, subcontractor maintenance records, safety and quality assurance (QA) inspections, and major project files, including recurring reports and trending analytics documentation.
  • Purchase parts, materials and supplies to support the O&M activities, including but not limited to creating purchase orders and tracking vendor invoices.
  • Follow GSA key control policy and assist building occupants with key checkout.
  • Maintain permits and fees in accordance with the GSA office procedures.
  • Administer the Lost and Found Services.
  • Manage Mail Services
  • Manage conference rooms and digital signage (if applicable)
  • Support building tours
  • Support other buildings managed by the company as needed Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience performing admin support, customer service and reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check
Pay:
From $35.73 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
