This is an in-office position responsible for processing court reporter transcripts through YesLaw, preparing and printing completed transcripts, and ensuring orders are delivered to clients accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Process and finalize court reporter transcripts through YesLaw. Review transcripts for formatting, completeness, and accuracy. Prepare and print completed transcripts for client delivery. Package and ship transcripts and related documents. Monitor production deadlines and ensure orders are completed on time. Prioritize rush and expedited transcript requests. Communicate with court reporters and internal team members regarding transcript status, corrections, and deadlines. Maintain accurate production records. Handle confidential legal documents with professionalism and discretion. Assist with additional production duties as needed. Qualifications Legal, court reporting, litigation support, or transcript production experience is a plus. Previous YesLaw experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software. Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented. Professional communication skills. Must be comfortable working in an office environment every day. Legal or court reporting experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
