We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing and flower processing teams. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the cannabis industry. Position Summary The Entry-Level Cannabis Manufacturing & Flower Processing Associate supports daily production operations, including flower trimming, packaging, labeling, sanitation, and inventory handling. No cannabis industry experience is required — training will be provided. Responsibilities Trim, sort, and package cannabis flower according to company standards Package and label cannabis products accurately - This can include prerolls, edibles, and/or vapes Weigh and portion products using digital scales Maintain clean and organized workstations Follow all state compliance and safety regulations Assist with inventory counts and material handling Inspect products for quality and consistency Support manufacturing and production teams as needed Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs Manufacturing, warehouse, agriculture, or food production experience is a plus, but not required Flexible availability Preferred Skills Team-oriented mindset Trimming experience ( preferred but not required) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic understanding of cannabis products and compliance Experience with packaging or assembly-line work Benefits Paid training Opportunities for advancement Employee discounts (where permitted by law) Off Weekends Supportive team environment
