Production Assistant / Trophy Builder Crown Trophy of Pleasanton is looking for a part-time Production Assistant / Trophy Builder to help with hands-on production, order preparation, inventory, and general back-of-house support. This is an entry-level position and a good fit for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable with repetitive hands-on work, and looking for part-time hours. No trophy or awards experience is required. We will train the right person. Responsibilities Assemble trophies, awards, plaques, and related products Pull parts and supplies needed for customer orders Check in items and shipments when they arrive Match incoming items to purchase orders, packing slips, or customer orders Put received items away into inventory or into the pulled section for active orders Help keep the production and inventory areas organized Check work for accuracy, missing parts, damage, or anything that does not look right Package completed orders and help prepare them for pickup Assist with basic cleaning, organizing, and shop support tasks as needed Learn additional production tasks over time based on reliability, accuracy, and interest What We're Looking For Reliable and able to show up on time Comfortable with part-time, entry-level work Able to follow instructions and repeat processes accurately Careful with small details Willing to ask questions instead of guessing Able to stay organized while working on multiple orders Comfortable working with your hands Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to work independently once trained Schedule This is a part-time position. Hours may vary depending on the season and shop workload. We are looking for someone who can work consistently during scheduled shifts and who is comfortable with part-time hours. Pay This is an entry-level position starting at minimum wage.
