Job Description
Position Overview PrideStaff is seeking dependable, motivated Entry-Level Composite Production Technicians for a growing, manufacturer in Poway, CA. This is a hands-on, opportunity for individuals eager to build skills in high-tech manufacturing. Prior experience is not required. A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn matter most! Key Responsibilities Learn and execute hand layup procedures using composite materials (carbon fiber, fiberglass) according to detailed specifications. Apply adhesives, surface preps, and structural bonding components accurately. Perform hands-on finishing work, including trimming, sanding, deburring, and preparing parts for final quality inspection. Safely utilize basic hand tools, measuring instruments, and shop equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while adhering to safety and quality guidelines. Qualifications & Requirements Entry-level position. Background in general labor, assembly, woodworking, auto body repair, or hand-tool operations is a plus, but not required. Good hand-eye coordination and comfort working with sticky resins, adhesives, and small tools. Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 35-50 lbs, and work on your feet in a shop environment throughout the shift.
