Impact:

Assemble and finish custom cases, packaging solutions, and foam inserts according to specifications and quality standards. Operate production machinery, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently to support daily manufacturing goals. Coordinate the movement of materials between receiving, warehouse, and production areas to maintain an efficient workflow. Leverage company technology, systems, and tools to drive productivity, ensure data accuracy, and support continuous improvement. Review production instructions, inspect finished products, and maintain high standards of quality and consistency. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. To Be Successful in

This Role, You Must Have:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong work ethic and reliability. Attention to detail to ensure product meets quality standards. Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed. Experience using a computer, Windows, Office, and ClickUp, or other relatable software and programs.

Preferred:

Experience using a bandsaw. Prior experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing. Familiar with case assembly.
