Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Semiconductor Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent within the semiconductor industry, supporting our company's growth and innovation objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technical recruiting, talent management strategies, and HR sourcing techniques, ensuring we secure the best candidates for specialized roles in a competitive market. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our talent pipeline and contribute to our leadership in the semiconductor sector. Duties Lead full cycle recruiting processes for semiconductor engineering, manufacturing, and technical roles, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), talent management software, and HR systems such as UltiPro and Kenexa BrassRing. Engage in candidate sourcing through various channels including cold calling, research, and external recruiting networks to build a robust talent pipeline. Conduct comprehensive interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate employment negotiations to ensure alignment with organizational needs. Manage relationships with hiring managers and external partners to understand staffing requirements and deliver timely recruitment solutions. Maintain compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal standards throughout all recruitment activities. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track recruitment metrics, streamline processes, and generate lead generation reports. Support campus recruitment initiatives and participate in industry events to attract emerging talent. Provide ongoing training & development support for hiring managers on interview techniques and HR best practices. Assist in employee orientation, employee evaluation processes, and succession planning efforts to foster internal growth. Ensure high-volume recruitment efficiency by implementing innovative sourcing techniques and leveraging HR legal compliance standards. Requirements Proven experience in technical recruiting within the semiconductor industry or related high-tech sectors. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders effectively. Proficiency with talent management software such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, and ATS platforms like Kenexa BrassRing or similar systems. Deep understanding of employment law applicable to talent acquisition and human resources practices globally. Demonstrated ability in full cycle recruiting, external recruiting, candidate sourcing, and high-volume recruitment environments. Familiarity with HR systems including HR legal compliance standards and employee relations management. Experience with social media marketing (recruitment) strategies for talent attraction. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Strong research skills combined with cold calling experience for proactive candidate engagement. Knowledge of training & development processes related to onboarding and employee growth initiatives.
