Manufacturing Operations Support#26-19997 $17.98-$25.00 per hour Rancho Santa Margarita, CA Onsite Job Description Our Client, a Global Provider of Electronic Design and Test Solution company, is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Support for their Rancho Santa Margarita, CA location.
Responsibilities:
The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA provides precision-machined components that power Client industry-leading electronic measurement equipment. In this full-time role, you will support all Hand Operations, including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr processes on day shift. Through on the job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations, including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential in this position.
Requirements:
A self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and values teamwork. Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use Strong manual dexterity High volume parts inspection and handling Microscopic inspection Part deburring, cleaning, and handling Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging Part sorting using specialized tools/equipment Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience High School diploma or equivalent Some college or technical coursework preferred Ability to read and converse in English Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
