About the Role We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our production team at our Redlands, California facility . In this role, you will help produce, fill, jar, label, seal, and package edible products such as edible glitter, luster dust, and sprinkles. This is a fast-paced, active position that requires strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and the ability to meet daily production goals. This is a full-time, on-site position. Hours are generally scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM . Responsibilities Produce, fill, jar, label, seal, and package edible products Check products, labels, quantities, and packaging for accuracy Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality Meet daily production goals and quotas Learn to operate small production and sealing equipment Follow food-safety, hygiene, Kosher, Halal, FDA, and health-department standards Clean and organize workstations, tools, and production areas Follow instructions from production leads and management Assist other departments when additional support is needed Qualifications No previous production experience required High school diploma or equivalent Dependable, punctual, and committed to regular attendance Able to work quickly while maintaining accuracy Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods Able to use hands, arms, and fingers for repetitive production tasks Able to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in a warehouse and food-production environment Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene is helpful Food Handler Certification A valid food handler certificate is required for the position. Candidates who do not already have one will be enrolled in training during the initial training period. Pay:
$16.95 - $19.00 per hour
