Key Responsibilities Assist with the fabrication of HVAC sheet metal products Operate hand tools and basic fabrication equipment under supervision Measure, mark, cut, and assemble sheet metal components Read and follow work orders and production specifications Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Support experienced fabricators with daily production tasks Learn fabrication processes and industry best practices Qualifications Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or another skilled trade is a plus Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and positive attitude Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment Why Apply?
