This role is essential in ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will lead a team of operators, enforce safety protocols, and implement process improvements to optimize output. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly line workers to meet production targets and quality standards. Assign tasks to team members based on production schedules, skill levels, and operational needs. Evaluating incoming orders and setting up the production line accordingly Optimizing production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner Training and supervising new production line workers Collaborating with other departments to ensure that orders are completed on time Enforce safety protocols in accordance with industry standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintaining a fully operational, safe and tidy work environment Qualifications Proven experience in factory or manufacturing facility environments with hands-on knowledge of assembly line operations. High school diploma or GED Demonstrated ability to manage production or assembly teams effectively in a fast-paced setting. At least one to two years production line experience in a related industry Knowledge of product specifications and production standards Superb leadership skills and supervisor skills is a plus Exceptional organizational and time management abilities Strong interpersonal, written and communication, and basic math skills Excellent problem-solving techniques Bilingual a plus, also able to read and write in
